1. Data controller
The data controller is ElevenBase, reachable at privacy@elevenbase.pro.
2. Data collected
- Account: email, hashed password, nickname.
- Club: name, roles, jersey numbers, sessions created.
- EA stats*: public match data for your Pro Club team.
- Technical: access logs, IP, user agent, for security and diagnostics.
3. Why we process them
To deliver the service (run your club), to send you session-related notifications, to keep the system secure. We do not sell data. No advertising profiling.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data at any time from account settings. Alternatively, email privacy@elevenbase.pro.
5. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. If you delete the account, it is removed from production systems within 30 days (90 days from backups).
6. External providers
We use providers for hosting (EU), transactional email, and browser push. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
