Change email or password

Password recovery via Brevo email, confirming the new address, what happens to existing links.

Email and password are managed from Account inside the app. ElevenBase uses Supabase Auth as the identity provider, with transactional email via Brevo (sender coach@elevenbase.pro).

Changing password

If you're logged in: Account → Change password, type the new one twice, save. Active sessions on other devices stay valid unless you also pick Sign out all.

If you forgot the password: on the login screen hit Password recovery, type the email, you get a magic recovery link by mail. Tap it and you land on a Set new password screen: pick a new one and you're logged in. The link has a short TTL, typically 1 hour.

Changing email

From Account → Email enter the new address. Supabase sends a confirmation email to the new address: until you tap the link, the old email stays active. After confirmation, the new one becomes the canonical identity for login, notifications and player-record linking.

What about already-sent links?

Attendance links aren't tied to your email: they use a session token. They stay valid even if you change email or password. If you published a link to an external app (e.g. Telegram) and spot a mistake, you can regenerate a new one from the session page: the old one gets revoked.
