Capita che una partita giocata non appaia in Mondo FC. Quasi sempre rientra in uno di questi quattro casi. Vediamoli in ordine di probabilita'.
Sometimes a match you played doesn't show up in Mondo FC. Almost always it falls into one of these four buckets. Here they are in order of likelihood.
1. Il club non e' (ancora) collegato1. The club isn't linked (yet)
Verifica in Mondo FC → Club di vedere il nome del tuo club EA con la piattaforma corretta (Next gen vs Old gen). Se la schermata mostra Nessun club collegato, fai la ricerca e collega: dal momento del collegamento in poi le partite vengono importate, comprese le ultime giocate (l'API EA tiene uno storico recente).
In Mondo FC → Club check that you see the EA club name with the correct platform (Next gen vs Old gen). If the screen says No club linked, run the search and link it: from then on matches are imported, including the most recent ones (the EA API keeps a recent history).
2. La partita non e' una ranked online2. The match isn't a ranked online game
EA espone nel feed pubblico solo le partite ranked online del club. Restano fuori: amichevoli interne (Drop-in match), partite in cui qualcuno del club ha giocato come ospite di un altro team, qualsiasi cosa offline. Se la partita rientra in una di queste categorie, non comparira'.
EA only exposes ranked online matches in the public club feed. Excluded: internal friendlies (Drop-in matches), games where club members guested for another team, anything offline. If the match falls into any of these, it won't show.
3. Il sync non e' ancora avvenuto3. The sync hasn't run yet
ElevenBase legge l'API EA con un cron periodico. Se la partita e' recente, aspetta 10 minuti e ricarica. Per forzare il sync subito, vai in Mondo FC → Club e premi Sincronizza ora. Vedrai un toast di completamento e la partita comparira' in lista entro qualche secondo.
ElevenBase reads the EA API on a periodic cron. If the match is recent, wait 10 minutes and refresh. To force a sync now, go to Mondo FC → Club and hit Sync now. You'll see a completion toast and the match should appear in the list within seconds.
4. EA ha avuto un disservizio4. EA had an outage
Capita raramente ma capita: durante eventi globali o manutenzione l'API EA puo' non rispondere o restituire dati parziali. In questi casi Sincronizza ora ti dara' un errore esplicito (visibile come toast). Riprova fra qualche ora. In alternativa puoi caricare uno snapshot manuale: scarica l'export JSON dalla pagina del club EA, poi Mondo FC → Importa snapshot EA.
Rare but it happens: during global events or maintenance the EA API can be unresponsive or partial. In those cases Sync now returns an explicit error (visible as a toast). Retry in a few hours. Alternatively load a manual snapshot: export the JSON from the EA club page, then Mondo FC → Import EA snapshot.
