Su ElevenBase ci sono tre modi per portare un giocatore dentro al team. Funzionano in parallelo: scegli quello che ti costa meno spiegazioni in chat.

There are three ways to add a player. They work in parallel — pick whichever needs the fewest words in your group chat.

1. Direttamente dalla rosa, da founder1. Straight from the roster, as founder

In Rosa hai due bottoni: + Aggiungi giocatore per inserirne uno alla volta (nome, cognome, email opzionale, numero di maglia, ruolo tra gli 11 codici classici) e + Bulk per incollare una lista. Il giocatore diventa subito visibile nei convocati e nelle statistiche; se hai inserito un'email, la prima volta che si registra ad ElevenBase con quella email viene collegato automaticamente al record.

In the Roster view you have two buttons: + Add player for one at a time (name, surname, optional email, shirt number, role from the 11 classic codes) and + Bulk to paste a list. The player appears immediately in call-ups and stats; if you supplied an email, the first time they sign up with that email they get auto-linked to the record.

2. Lasciando che cerchino il team da soli2. Letting them find the team themselves

Il giocatore si registra su app.elevenbase.pro, in onboarding sceglie Unisciti a un team esistente e cerca il nome del tuo team. La ricerca usa la RPC search_public_teams: vede solo i team che il founder ha reso pubblici (default attivo). Manda Richiesta di adesione con una nota opzionale, e tu la trovi in Richieste.

The player signs up at app.elevenbase.pro, picks Join an existing team in onboarding, and searches your team name. Search uses the search_public_teams RPC and only returns teams the founder marked as public (default on). They send a Join request with an optional note, and you find it in Requests.

3. Approvi o rifiuti dalla pagina Richieste3. Approve or reject from the Requests page

In Richieste vedi nome e cognome, eventuale nota, email del richiedente. Premi Approva per inserirlo come player attivo (puoi promuoverlo a coach o capitano dopo da Admin), oppure Rifiuta. Il richiedente puo' anche cancellare la propria richiesta da solo, da onboarding.

In Requests you see name, surname, optional note and email. Hit Approve to add them as an active player (you can promote to coach or captain later from Admin), or Reject. The requester can also cancel their own request from onboarding.

Promemoria: per le presenze a una sessione non serve che il giocatore abbia un account. Basta che sia in rosa: gli copi il link di risposta in chat e lui clicca. L'account serve solo per vedere le statistiche personali e ricevere notifiche push.Reminder: a player doesn't need an account to mark attendance. As long as they're in the roster, you paste the response link in chat and they tap. An account is only needed for personal stats and push notifications.
